Withdrawal Policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract was concluded. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us —

— of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unambiguous statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay, and in any event no later than 14 days from the day we receive notification of your withdrawal. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

If you requested that our service begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us an amount proportionate to what has already been provided up to the point you inform us of your withdrawal, compared to the full scope of services covered by the contract — provided you gave your express consent to immediate performance and confirmed your awareness that you lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance (see the consent checkbox on the subscribe page). For token packages, since tokens are credited to your account instantly and in full, this generally means your right of withdrawal ends as soon as the tokens are credited.
